We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The chosen candidate will take on a pivotal role in overseeing electrical design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and standards. This position will involve working between project sites in Abu Dhabi and the head office, with a focus on high-rise and residential buildings.
1. Lead electrical design and engineering efforts for high-rise and residential building projects, ensuring adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
2. Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance during the construction phase, overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and uphold quality control standards.
5. Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and documents prepared by internal teams and external consultants.
6. Generate comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as necessary for project stakeholders.
7. Work in close coordination with project managers to ensure project milestones are achieved within budgetary and scheduling constraints.
8. Mentor junior engineers and provide training on electrical design principles, construction techniques, and regulatory compliance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and construction of high-rise and residential buildings.
3. Thorough understanding of Abu Dhabi regulations and codes pertaining to electrical systems in buildings.
4. Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for making informed engineering decisions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
7. Flexibility to travel between project sites and the head office as required.
8. Possession of a professional engineering license or certification is desirable.
Note: Candidates with extensive experience in electrical design and construction of high-rise and residential buildings, coupled with familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations, will be given preference during the selection process.
