3. Collaborate with project teams to establish document control procedures and workflows.
4. Track and monitor document revisions, approvals, and distribution to ensure timely updates and accessibility.
5. Assist project managers and engineers in retrieving documents and information as required.
6. Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes and systems.
7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in an architectural engineering company.
2. Proficiency in document control software and multiple cloud platforms such as Asite, Aconex, SAP, etc.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
