Job Details:

1. Administrative Support:
o Draft and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
o Maintain accurate records, including filing and organizing documents, in coordination with the Document Controller.
o Handle minor accounting tasks as needed.
2. Calendar Management:
o Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
o Prioritize and coordinate appointments based on urgency and importance.
3. Communication:
o Answer phone calls for the CEO, professionally and promptly.
o Greet CEO’s visitors, ascertain their purpose, and direct them to the appropriate department in coordination with the Receptionist.
4. Travel Coordination:
o Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
o Ensure seamless travel logistics for the CEO.
5. Meeting Organization:
o Schedule and organize meetings, including sending reminders and coordinating catering when necessary.
o Prepare meeting materials and agendas.
6. Client Interaction:
o Filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls.
o Communicate effectively on behalf of the CEO.
7. Special Projects:
o Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
o Conduct research and compile reports.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in management or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Arabic-speaking or knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
