We are currently looking for a talented Architect to join our team at our Jordan Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to various architectural projects, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies. 1. Participate in the design process for architectural projects, from conceptualization to construction documentation.
2. Utilize BIM software to develop and coordinate architectural designs and construction drawings.
3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that design solutions meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.
4. Contribute to the development of design concepts, presentations, and design documentation.
5. Assist in conducting site visits, surveys, and evaluations as needed.
6. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate engineering systems and materials into architectural designs.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies related to architectural design and BIM.
8. Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
2. 3 to 7 years of professional experience in architectural design.
3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or similar platforms.
4. Proficiency in Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D max and Adobe InDesign for enhancing visual presentations and graphics.
5. Strong design skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE is preferred.
9. A portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural projects and proficiency in BIM-based design processes.
